About Supervision

I offer individual and small group supervision, to both qualified and trainee counsellors.

I enjoy working creatively and collaboratively with your theoretical model.

I view the supervision relationship as collaborative and actively work to ensure that this relationship is a place in which you are able to grow as a counsellor with me. Supervision is a chance to recharge and review both yourself and your work with your clients. An ideal place to look after yourself as well as your clients, I hope to offer you a place where you can feel rejuvenated and cared for in an often lonely and stressful, albeit rewarding, profession.
Supervision is your opportunity to reflect with another professional on your clients and the interventions you've chosen, the transference between you and your clients and the parallel process that may be enacted between us as a result. Together, we can think about how the context of your work influences your therapeutic relationships. Supervision is also an opportunity for you to consider your practice and where you might want to develop it in the future

Individual supervision is 50 per hour.
Group supervision is 10 per person per hour - small groups of 3/4 counsellors.
